师德对于全面贯彻党和国家的教育方针,教育引导青少年学生全面发展具有重要作用。青少年学生正处于长身体、学知识、立志向的重要时期,他们的可塑性大、模仿力强,极易受到他人和环境的影响。教师的一言一行,无不对学生发挥着教育引导作用,既影响他们的学生时代,又影响他们的一生。教师唯有自觉加强师德修养,率先垂范,才能成为学生的良师益友,成为学生健康成长成才的指导者和引路人。

The teaching morals of teachers have an important effect in carrying out the education policy of Party and country wholly, educating and instructing students＇ development wholly. The students are in the period of the pullulation of body, studying knowledge and erecting aspire. They have a great plasticity and ability of imitating, and liable to the effect of the others and environmental around. Both the words and the deeds of teachers have an educating and inducting effect 1o them, which not only effect to the period of student, but also to their whole life. Only the teachers strengt and he hen teaching morals and take the lead to do everything, can they become the good teachers lpful mentors of student, become the mentor of the health pullulation of students.
