Vitapex糊剂用于根尖周炎根管消毒的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察Vitapex糊剂用于急慢性根尖周炎根管消毒中的临床疗效。方法将根尖周炎患者130例(130牙)分为两组,实验组(Vitapex糊剂组)65牙,用Vitapex糊剂作为根管消毒材料;对照组(CP液组)65牙,用樟脑酚液(CP液)作为根管消毒材料治疗。比较两组疗效。结果实验组治疗根尖周炎的有效率(98.46%)明显高于对照组(84.62%),两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论Vi-tapex糊剂是一种良好的根管消毒材料。
