用HPLC测定小儿咳喘灵口服液中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Xiao'erkechuanling Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的 建立小儿咳喘灵口服液中绿原酸的HPLC含量测定方法。方法C18柱，乙腈-0．4％磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱，检测波长为327nm。结果绿原酸在0．20～2．00mg／ml范围内，浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系，回归方程：Y=3．12×10^7X＋8．024×10^5,r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．2％，RSD％为0．4％。结论 本法简便、准确，可用于小儿咳喘灵口服液的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method to assay the content of Chlorogenic acid in xiao＇erkechuanling oral liquid by HPLC. Methods HPLC chromatography was performed with a C is column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm）, the acetonitrile-phosphoric acid as the mobile phase, flow rate at 1.0 ml/min, UV detection wavelength at 327 nm, and the column temperature at 25 ℃. Results The content of Chlorogenic acid in the range of 0.20 - 2.00 mg/ml shows well linear relationship （ r = 0. 9999 ） , mean recovery rate was 100.2% , RSD was 0.4%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and reliable. This study provides a method for the quality control of xiao＇erkechuanling oral liquid.
