RP-HPLC测定金鸡胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Jin Ji Capsule by RP-HPLC

目的 建立金鸡胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的RP—HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用YWG-C18色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），以乙腈-0．05mol／L磷酸二氢钠溶液-磷酸（27：73：0．07）为流动相，流速1．0ml／min，检测波长266nm。结果功劳木中的盐酸小檗碱进样量在0．0408—0．8168μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998，n=5）；平均加样回收率为97．5％，RSD=1．1％（n=6）。结论 本法操作简便，结果准确，重复性好，可有效地控制金鸡胶囊的质量。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jin Ji capsule by RP-HPLC. Methods The determination of berberine hydrochloride was carried out on YWG-C18 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm） , using acetonitrile- 0.05 moL/L phosphate buffer-phosphoric acid （27： 73：0.07 ） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detected at the wavelength 266 nm. Results The linearity of berberine hydrochloride determination by HPLC was found in the range of 0.0408 - 0.8168 μg （ r = 0. 9998, n = 5 ） , and the average recovery was 97.5% , RSD = 1.1% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, with good repeatability, and can be used in the quality control of Jin Ji capsule.
