回归方程法测定“复方咖磷颗粒”中磷的含量

Determination of Phosphorus in Fufang Kaling Granules by Standard Curve Method

目的 探讨“复方咖磷颗粒”中磷含量的测定法。方法 采用标准曲线法测定磷含量。结果磷线性范围为0．4013～2．8098μg/ml（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．3％，RSD=0．58％（n=6）。结论 此方法简便、精确、可靠，可用于“复方咖磷颗粒”中磷的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method to assay the content of phosphorus in fufang kaling granules. Methods We use standard curve method to determine the content of phosphorus in fufang kaling granules. Results The content of phosphorus in the range of 0. 4013 -2. 8098 μg/ml shows well linear relationship （r = 0. 9999）, the mean recovery rate was 99.3% , RSD was 0.58% （n = 6 ）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and reliable. This study provides a method for the quality control of phosphorus in fafang kaling granules.
