摘要
目的对罗勒种子的保存方法与其萌发的相关性进行了研究,为罗勒的人工栽培提供依据。方法按规定的保存方法包装和保存,考察不同保存期的发芽率。结果布袋包装优于瓶装,低温保存优于室温保存;新采种子的发芽率为87%,布袋包装置冰箱保存12个月发芽率为68.1%。结论罗勒种子应以布袋包装,置冰箱10℃以下保存,保存时间不要超过12个月。
Objective In order to provide evidence for ocimi artificial cultivation, we studied the preservation means of ocimi and its germination. Methods We package and preserve ocimi seeds according to rated means, and then investigated the germination rate during different preservation period. Results We found that the germination rate of jute bag packaged seeds is better than that of bottle, and preserve with low temperature is better than that with room temperature. The germination rate of fresh seeds is 87%, The germination rate of seeds preservated in jute bag for 12 month in refrigerator is 68.1%. Conclusion Ocimi seeds should be preserved with jute bag, then put in refrigerator below 10℃, and the preservation time should be within 12 months.
