Determination for the contents of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate liposome

目的：建立甘草酸二铵脂质体含量检测方法。方法：RP—HPLC法来进行甘草酸脂质体含量的测定。结果：药物浓度与吸收峰面积的相关性好（r=0．9999，n=5），回收率在99、4％～100．7％之间，RSD=1．89％。结论：所用法准确，可用于甘草酸单铵脂质体的含量测定。

Objective： To establish an RP - HPLC method for determination of the contents of Diammonium GIycyrrhizinate liposome. Methods： The contents of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate liposome was determined by RP - HPLC; Results： The concentration of liposome of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate and its absoption appeared good correlation （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 5）, and the recovery was between 99.4% - 100. 0% and RSD = 1.89%. Conclusion： This method is accurate, stable and can be used to determine the contents of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate liposome.
