摘要
针对JF75G-125型闭式曲柄压力机侧向惯性力得不到平衡的问题,提出了一种对称布置的结构方案,实现完全意义上的动平衡。建立了曲柄压力机在ADAMS中的动力学模型,对改进前后的压力机模型进行了仿真,并利用ADAMS的后置处理模块对动态惯性力进行测试和分析,在此基础上,对曲柄压力机改进前后的动力学参数进行比较和分析,论证了对称平衡法的方案优越性。
To alleviate the inertial forces of JF75G-125 type press, a symmetry scheme is presented to realize full dynamic balance. A dynamic model is built up for Slider-Crank system in ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems). The side inertial forces of the press model have been tested and analysed in ADAMS/Post Processor. On the basis of above, dynamic properties between the improved and unimproved Crank press are compared and analysed. Finally, the superiority of symmetry solution is verified.
