摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)与环氧氯丙烷(ECH)开环酯化合成2-羟-3-氯丙基丙烯酸酯。研究分析不同金属有机络合物以及相关因素对合成的影响。合成的适宜条件为:反应温度90℃,环烷酸铁为催化剂,占反应物总重量的1%;n(环氧氯丙烷):n(丙烯酸)=1.2,酸转化率98%;产物在316Pa,89~91.5℃时减压蒸馏,收率94.7%。
The 2-hydroxyl-3-chloropropyl acrylate is synthesized by the ring-opening esterifying reaction of epichlorohydrin (ECH) and acrylic acid (AA) with a catalyst-active complex compound. Different metal complex compound and the related factors affecting reaction were researched. The condition of synthesis is: reaction in 90℃, activator with iron( Ⅲ ) naphthenate 1% by wt, n (epichlorohydrin) : n (acrylic acid) = 1.2, responsive matter of mol proportion 1.2, then removed the object we needed in vacua, under 319 Pa at 89-91.5℃ to the title compound in 94.7% yield.
