地方综合性大学师范教育典型模式的实践与思考——以宁波大学、湖南文理学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 综合性大学办师范教育是国内外师范教育发展的一个共同趋势,当前我国地方综合性大学办师范教育的两种典型模式是合并型和改制型,存在招生人数不足、学生的教师情怀和教师素养不够稳定、学校缺乏对师范教育的关注和投入、师范教育与学校其他专业间的发展不平衡等棘手问题。因此,地方综合性大学应加强师范教育的决策分析,探索师范教育课程的设置与调整;树立起均衡发展师范教育的观念等,以推进师范教育在地方综合性大学中的迅速融合与全面发展。 Establishing normal education in comprehensive universities has been a common trend in domestic and abroad normal education. At present, combination and restructuring extention are the two typical modes in normal education of local comprehensive universities. Under these two modes there are still many thorny issues appearing in normal education of these universities, such as, inadequance of enrolling students, lowness of students'teacher accomplishment and shallowness of teacher feeling, lack of concerning and inputting to normal education, being not harmonious between the normal education and other majors. The authors suggest that local comprehensive universities should pay attention to the decision - making on developing normal education, explore the setting and adjustments of the curriculum in normal education, and harmonize the development of the normal education, so that promote the normal education to quickly integrate with and then have a full -scale development in local comprehensive universities.
