Analysis on the Basic AgriculturaL Facilities Construction of New Rural Construction——Present situation problems and Countermeasures of Basic Rural Construction in Hefei

中共中央政治局去年底召开会议研究农业问题,提出要突出加强农业基础设施,这是中央加强农业基础地位的重大决策,本文仅论述合肥市2002年以来农业基础设施建设方面的成效、问题,并就此提出对策及建议。

Carrying out the basic agriculturaL facilities construction is an important task of new rural construction . Since 2002, while pushing on the new rural construction , the basic agriculturaL facilities have been improved a little but still weak . Through investigation the text inquiries into the existent conditions and analyzes some problems of the basic agricuhura facilities construction in Hefei. This article puts forward constructive ideas to enhance the construction of infrastructure.
