摘要
通过直接加入促凝剂,对大庆油田采油四厂的含油污泥进行了固化处理,评价了含油污泥固化物的环境安全性能。结果表明,促凝剂B加量为10%时,含油污泥固化物抗压强度为4.23 MPa,其浸出液各项指标均达国家污水综合排放标准,完全满足安全土地填埋处理的要求,并且该技术在经济上可行。
The oily sludge from the Fourth Plant of Daqing Oilfield was solidified by directly adding coagulation accelerators. The environmental safety of the solidified oily sludge was evaluated. The result showed that compressive strength of the solidified sludge was 4.23 MPa when the mass fraction of coagulation accelerator B was 10% .All the parameters of the solidified sludge lixivium met the national standard of sewage integrated discharge and the solidi- fled sludge could be landfilled safely.
