摘要
在职学习对个人职业生涯发展具有重要意义,目前国内在这方面缺乏系统的研究。美国教育研究委员会开展的"生涯早期职业学习计划,"为期三年,通过对16位实习会计师、34位刚毕业的实习工程师和40位新护士的观察和访谈,收集了大量的资料和数据,最终概括出在职学习的内容、学习形式和影响因素。其研究成果值得我们借鉴。
The TLRP funded LiNEA project, Early Career Learning at Work, is a longitudinal study of the learning of groups of newly qualified hospital nurses, graduate trainee engineers and trainee chartered accountants. The paper answers three questions: What is being learned? How is it being learned? What are the main factors affecting this learning in the workplace?
