会计、护士、工程师新手在职学习模式——美国教育研究委员会“生涯早期职业学习计划”研究成果介绍

On On-job Training Model for Nurses,Engineers and Accountants——an Introduction to TLRP Funded LiNEA Project

在职学习对个人职业生涯发展具有重要意义,目前国内在这方面缺乏系统的研究。美国教育研究委员会开展的"生涯早期职业学习计划,"为期三年,通过对16位实习会计师、34位刚毕业的实习工程师和40位新护士的观察和访谈,收集了大量的资料和数据,最终概括出在职学习的内容、学习形式和影响因素。其研究成果值得我们借鉴。

The TLRP funded LiNEA project, Early Career Learning at Work, is a longitudinal study of the learning of groups of newly qualified hospital nurses, graduate trainee engineers and trainee chartered accountants. The paper answers three questions： What is being learned？ How is it being learned？ What are the main factors affecting this learning in the workplace？
