Discussion on Optimization of Comprehensive Hands-on Training for Higher Vocational Graduate

文章主要是介绍高职毕业综合实训的模式和综合实训存在的误区,探讨毕业综合实训的优化,即如何充分地联系实践,最大限度地发挥综合实训的作用,缩短学生就业的适应期,最终使综合实训与就业自然衔接。

This paper introduces mostly the mode of the comprehensive hands-on training intended for higher vocational graduate and the problems existing in the practice. It discusses the optimization of comprehensive training mode, that is, how to associate the school education with practical situation to the most extent and bring into play the maximum effect so as to shorten the student employment process of acclimatizing and eventually realize smooth transition from college graduates to qualified workers.
