高职院校毕业生的就业力不同于其他层次学生的就业力,它的独特之处在于技能性、基础性和实用性。因此,培养高职院校毕业生的就业力起点就在学校,可以通过辅导学生确立与社会发展相适宜的方向和目标,在平时教育中培养学生务实的职业观念、基本职业素养、良好的沟通能力和具体技能来缩短就业适应期。

Higher vocational college graduates should be different from those from other education background in terms of ability to get employed in that they tend to be more skillful, gross roots and handy. Thus, the paper maintains that vocational colleges should take the responsibility of preparing students for the future career by helping students set up a goal that can fit into the social development. Meanwhile, these vocational colleges should also try to cultivate practical vocation conception, basic professional qualities, good communication skills and concrete skills of their graduates so as to shorten their period of adjusting to the job.
