摘要
在自行搭建的热解试验台上,对油页岩矿井灭火过程中气体的释放特性进行模拟研究。利用红外光谱分析仪对所收集的热解气体的成分进行了分析,研究发现,H2,CO,CH4,C2H6是主要的热解可燃气体,其在热解气体中的含量与热解温度有很强的依变关系,氢气在热解可燃气中占有最大的比例。利用查特里公式对热解气体的爆炸极限进行了定量判定,为定量了解矿井灭火过程中气体的释放规律及防爆处理提供参考。
Pyrolysis tests were performed under laboratory conditions, simulating the characters of gas released in process of fire extinguishing in oil shale mines. These tests focused on gaseous products of thermal decomposition of oil shale and how their concentrations changed depending on pyrolysis temperature. Results obtained can give a reference to quantitative understanding gas release law in process of fire extinguishing in oil shale mine and to anti-explosion treatment.
