血细胞分析仪结果间的比对及校准

Comparison of the Results and calibration Produced by Different Blood Cell Analyzers

目的对不同血细胞分析仪结果进行比对。定期校准一台性能较好的血细胞分析仪,以它作为参比仪器,用新鲜全血去校准其它血细胞分析仪。方法用校准液将CD-1700校准后作参比仪器,每天随机选取病人血液10例,共分析5d。再以CD-1700评价其他3台血细胞分析仪结果(WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT)。结果CD-1700与Coulter2-diff、Coulter5-diffAL、BC-3000相关性很好(r>0.975)。结论对不同血细胞分析仪结果进行定期比对和校准后,每天可以用新鲜全血对血细胞分析仪进行质控,既保证了各仪器结果间的精密度及准确度又降低了成本。

Objective To compare the results of different blood cell analyzers, to calibrate a better performance blood cell analyzer regularly. It was chosen as the target analyzer to calibrate other blood cell analyzers with totally fresh blood. Methods The CD- 1700 was chosen as the target analyzer after its calibration, ten samples of daily whole blood of patients were randomly collected and analyzed for five days. Then use CD - 1700 to evaluate other three blood cell analyzer＇s results （ WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT）. Results CD-1700, Couher2 -diff , Coulter5 -diffAL, and BC -3000 demonstrated a good correlation （r 〉0.975）. Conclusions After regular comparison between the results of all the different blood cell analyzers and calibration, we can carry through quality control for blood cell analyzers with totally fresh blood every day. Not only can we ensure the precision and accuracy of the results, but also we can reduce cost.
