摘要
为了减小NN3000K型轴承的噪声，将原整体保持架改为半保持架，由于双列滚子各自引导，消除了原整体保持架两列兜孔中心圆直径不同心度的误差，使保持架和滚子的摩擦减小，噪声降低。文中对相关零件的加工方法作了介绍。附图2幅。
For the purpose of lowering noise of NN3000K type bearings, chang-ing original integral cage for two pieces cage and guiding two row rollers respectively are tak-en, so that eccentricity error of pitch circle diameter of two row pockets for original integralcage is eliminated and friction between cage and rollers is reduced, thus bearing noise is low-ered.In the paper, the manufacturing method of related parts is introduced.
