摘要
企业社会责任的履行是多方共同作用的结果,在实践领域中企业社会责任的推动力量主要有企业、政府和社会。通过对西方企业社会责任理论的梳理,发现企业和政府推动企业社会责任的理论已发展成熟,但企业和政府为主导的推动对经济机制有一定的负面影响,而社会力量对企业社会责任推动研究还缺乏足够的理论支撑。非政府组织推动企业社会责任的策略介于参与合作与对抗强制谱系之间,可分为对话、社会认证、股东行动、道义指责、联合抵制、诉诸法律六种。
Multilateral force promotes the corporate in performing the social responsibility. In the practical area the main forces are enterprises, government and society. By classifying the main western CSR theory this article found the theory of the corporate and government promoting CSR is mature, but the force dominated by enterprises and government exerts a certain negative influence upon the economic mechanism. Besides, the theory of the society promoting CSR is still lacking. The non-government strategies in promoting CSR go between cooperation and pedigree of counterwork and compulsion, which can be divided into dialogue, social attestation, shareholders' action, moral condemnation, boycott and appeal to the law.
