广东省奥运后备人才基地建设的现状与发展对策

Current state of post Olympic Games backup talent base construction in Guangdong province and measures for development

对广东省23个奥运后备人才基地建设现状的调查发现,存在基地项目布局、重点项目与国家奥运实力的契合度低;基地教练员素质与科学化训练水平不高;基地人才培养模式与市场经济可持续发展不适应等问题。因此,提出了深化训练体制改革、优化资源配置、发挥地域优势、调整布局结构和优化项目设置、加强教练员的培养以及加大训练经费的投入等对策。

The authors investigated the current state of post Olympic Games backup talent base construction in Guangdong province, and revealed such problems as that the project layout and key projects at the base did not match so well with the Olympic strengths of China, and that the coaches at the base did not have good makings and high scientific training capacities, and that the talent cultivation mode for the base did not adapt to the sustainable development of market economy. Therefore, the authors put forwards measures such as intensity training system reform, optimize resource configuration, exert territory advantages, adjust layout structure and optimize project setup, strengthen coach cultivation, and increase training fund.
