摘要
通过水解圈法初筛和液体发酵法复筛从土壤中分离出4株降解半纤维素能力较强的细菌,并依据形态特征及生理生化反应试验等对其进行了系统鉴定,结果4株菌均为芽孢杆菌,并经液体发酵测定了酶活。
Four hemicellulose-decomposing bacteria were obtained byobservation of the hydrolyzing rings around the bacterium colonies onthe isolating plates. The experiment showed that the fermentation fluidof the four strains had high hemicellulase activities respectively. Thefour bacteria were also identified preliminarily.
