胎儿手术的麻醉既不同于儿科麻醉也有别于产科麻醉。现就胎儿手术的麻醉所需关注的主要问题如麻醉特点及目标、母体的主要麻醉方法、子宫松弛的方法、胎儿麻醉和镇痛、胎儿的安全和监护等及其进展作一综述。

Anesthesia for fetal surgery is differed from not only pediatric anesthesia but also obstetric anesthesia. Anesthesiologists should pay more attentions to the perioperative caring for both mother and fetus during fetal surgery anesthesia. This paper discus- ses the advances in fetal surgery anesthesia, including the goals and characteristics of this procedure,methods of maternal anesthesia, methods of uterine relaxation, fetal anesthesia and analgesia, fetal safety and monitoring.
