用于水质自动分析的电化学生物传感器系统的研究与开发 被引量:3

摘要 生物传感器是检测和控制水中有毒污染物的重要技术。随着传感机制研究的日益成熟,开发集成分析系统并普及应用环境生物传感器是可能的。因此,本文以水中污染物自动检测为目标,研制了电化学生物传感器系统。该系统包括电极、电化学流动池、流动分析器件、微弱电流检测器和数据采集处理单元。在软硬件设计和实验体系优化的基础上,探讨了影响生物传感器检测精度的弱信号分析处理技术。并以HRP酶传感器为例,试验了应用该系统进行H2O2的自动检测。研究表明,电化学生物传感器系统能达到较高的检测灵敏度,自动化程度高,可以用于水质自动检测。 Biosensor is an important technology for monitoring and controlling waterborne toxical pollutants. With the maturity of transduction mechanism and biological recognition, it is urgent for development and application of environmental biosensor, In this paper the integrated electrochemistry biosensor system is developed to detect toxicity, which includes electrode, electrochemical flow cell, flow analysis device, weak signal sampling and processing. Based on the design and optimization of the hardware, software and experiment system, the key factor-the sensitivity of biosensor is discussed. At last, this system was applied to the detection of H2O2. The results reveal that the system reaches high detection sensitivity and automation level, which could be used for automatic water quality monitoring.
