摘要 在分析PID算法和DMC(动态矩阵控制)算法的基础上,推导了基于PID性能指标的PIDDMC算法。该算法既具有PID算法的优点,结构简单,参数调节方便,又具有预测功能。在时域内分析了PIDDMC控制器的参数选择对控制性能的影响,给出参数选取范围。通过仿真说明了PIDDMC算法比基本DMC算法具有更好的控制性能,最后给出在过程控制实验装置应用PIDDMC算法和其他算法控制效果对比分析。 Based on the analysis of PID control algorithm and dynamic matrix coutrol (DMC) algorithm, the derivation of proportional integral derivalive dynamic, matrix control (PIDDMC) algorithm is given. Combining the virtues of the two algorithms, this algorithm has not only the advantages of PID algorithm, which in simple in structure, reliable in operation and robust in performance but also the predictive function. The influence of PIDDMC controller parameter tuning on system is investigated in time domain. The parameter selection range is given. Simulation results show that PIDDMC algorithm has belier performance than comentional DMC algorithm, which makes the system have satisfactory stability and transition characteristics. PIDDMC algorithm and other control alvrisms were compared in pratess control experimental device, and the comparison analysis of the control performance is given.
