摘要 乳化液泵综合性能测试是进行新产品开发和保证产品出厂质量的重要手段。在需求分析基础上设计并实现了乳化液泵综合性能自动测试系统,采用多种传感器自动采集产品运行过程中的动态性能数据,采用自动控制技术实现自动加载,采用虚拟仪器技术实现数据处理、分析和管理以及测试流程的自动化。综合性能实验测试平台为提高产品质量、改进产品设计、降低产品开发周期起到巨大的推进作用。 The measurement of emulsion pump comprehensive performance is an important means to develop new product and guarantee product quality. Based on requirement analysis, an automatic measurement system of comprehensive performance for emulsion pump was designed and implemented. A variety of sensors are used to collect product running performance data automatically. Automatic loading is realized through using automatic control. Virtual instrument technique is adopted to realize data processing, analysis, management and measurement process automation. The developed experiment & measurement system has great driving effect for increasing product quality, updating product design level and decreasing new product development time.
