摘要 循环流化床(CFB)燃烧技术是一种煤的清洁、高效燃烧技术,基于这种燃烧技术的CFB锅炉近年来得到迅速发展。但由于CFB锅炉是一个具有分布参数、非线性、时变、大滞后、强耦合的复杂控制对象,传统的控制方法很难取得理想的控制效果,这已成为CFB锅炉发展的瓶颈之一。本文综述了CFB锅炉的发展过程及发展趋势,给出了CFB锅炉的控制目标、难点,分析了近年来国内外在其控制方面的主要研究成果,提出了CFB锅炉控制技术的发展趋势。 Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) is regarded as a clean and highly efficient coal combustion technology. Circulating fluidized bed boiler based on this combustion technology is rapidly developed. But circulating fluidized bed boiler is a complicated control object with distributing parameters, non-linearity, time varying, large time-delay, and strong coupling. Traditional control methods cannot obtain good control effect, which becomes one of the bottlenecks for its extending application. In this paper, the development process and trend of circulating fluidized bed boiler are summarized ; the control target and difficulties of CFB boiler are presented ; the main research achievements of the control techniques in the world are surveyed; and the trend of the CFB boiler control technology is proposed.
