摘要 传感器测量在工业生产中有着广泛的应用,缺点是温度漂移较大。为了提高传感器测量精度,消除环境温度的影响,减少测量过程中的噪声干扰。本文介绍了系统硬件和软件的设计思路,利用电路差分原理,单片机软件控制原理,实现误差补偿。结果表明,该线性电阻温度传感器的输出电压与温度成良好的线性关系,实测结果的最大非线性误差不超过0.5%,通过对补偿前后电路进行验证,得出温度-电压曲线,将补偿前和补偿后实验结果进行对比,温度漂移小于10%。达到良好的效果,具有较大的推广应用价值。 Measurement of sensor is widely in industrial production, But it has great temperature drift, in order to raises the measuring accuracy of sensor, dissolve ambient temperature influence, reduce the noise interference in the process measuring. The paper introduces the designs with the hard ware and soft aware. Relighting error compensation by differential gear of circuit are a seed and software of single chip are controlled. The experimental result shows that the maximum nonlinear error of the transducer is whining 0. 5% and the characteristic is linear well. Proved the compensation circuit of detecting coil and demodulation by test, curve of the temperature and voltage of detecting coil output is achieved. Contrasting the curves with and without compensation, the temperature drift less than 10%. It has a good efficacy and great value in popularizing.
