掺粉煤灰水泥基自流平材料性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了粉煤灰、可再分散胶粉、纤维素醚以及氧化钙的掺量对水泥基自流平材料的力学性能、流动性与收缩性能的影响。粉煤灰与纤维素醚掺量在较低的情况下,可以提高自流平材料的流动性能与力学性能。当可再分散胶粉的掺量达到一定值后,再增加其掺量对自流平材料的流动性能与力学性能影响较小。适当的氧化钙掺量不仅可以大大的提高自流平材料的力学性能,而且可以抑制自流平材料的收缩。 The mechanical, flowability and shrinkage performance of cement-based self-leveling material were discussed by the added quantity of fly ash ,re-dispersionable glue-powder,cellulose ether and calcium oxide.The lower added quantity of fly ash and cellulose ether is beneficial for the flowability and mechanical of cement-based self-leveling material.The increasing added quantity of re-dispersionable glue-powder has less effect on the flowability and mechanical property, when the added quantity of redispersionable glue-powder to a certain extent.The proper added quantity of calcium oxide can improve the mechanical property, moreover, it can restrain the shrinkage of cement-based self-leveling.
