摘要
以中国石油湖北武汉营销中心新春加油站班组设置和倒班情况为例,说明实行"三班两倒"工作制加油员的周工作时间为60.33h,超过正常周工作时间40h的50%以上;分析了影响加油站工作效率的因素;提出了改进班组设置及倒班方法的建议,在不增加人员的情况下,合理利用加油站现有人员,采用"四班三倒"工作制,使加油站员工的工作时间基本控制在40h,井提出保障该建议顺利实施的措施。
Team setting and shift system of Qin- chun Station of Wuhan Distribution Center of CNPC are described.Three-shift workday sys- tem is introduced to the gas station.According to statistics,gas station attendant generally works for 60.33hours per week,50% over the stan- dard of 40hours.Factors that have impacts on the efficiency are analyzed.A measure to improve current shift system is recommended.It is that divides the staff into four teams and change cur- rent three-shift system to four-shift system. After the change,the work hours of gas station attendant can be controlled within 40hours per week without addition of employees.
