摘要
针对石油库汽车发油区存在的诸如领油人员缺乏油料知识、油库作业人员未按规定穿着防静电服(鞋)及操作规定落实不够等不安全因素,提出在安全管理上要做到油库领导重视,严格汽车装油安全检查,作业人员必须严格执行装油程序和随时注意并消除外来不安全因素等防范措施。
Problems such as lack of oil knowledge, violation to rules of wearing static resistant uniform and violation of some regulations are described.Ac- cording to problems,measures are presented.They include leaders' attention,strict safety check over loading operation,abidance to oil loading proce- dure,and elimination of instant unsafe factors.
