摘要
介绍了加工大直径空心圆柱体外表面的专用滚压器的设计及应用，该滚压器可与外圆精车配套使用，使外圆表面的精车、滚压一次完成，可提高生产效率和保证加工质量。
A design method of making a special roller for machining cylinders with largr external diameter is introduced. The roller can be used in a finish turning process, thus,making finish turning and rolling a single process. Therefore, the machining efficiency can be enhanced, and machining quality ensured.
