摘要
介绍了某油库3号拱顶柴油罐被吸瘪的情况,通过专业人员的调查分析,认为造成油罐吸瘪的原因是呼吸阀负压盘超重,在达到规定的设计压力时,不能开启进气,解决的方法是将油罐呼吸阀负压盘打磨,减轻重量,使其在达到规定的设计压力时开启进气,目前该罐已安全运行一年多。
A shrunken phenomenon happened to a 3 # arch diesel tank is described.Investigation showed that overweight of the negative pressure tray of atmosphere valve resulted in the accident. The atmosphere valve failed to open at designed pressure due to the overweight.Solution is to bur- nish the negative pressure tray in order to decrease the weight and make it open at designed pressure.
