摘要
对三角轴靠模加工方法进行了分析,建立了正确的数学模型,在此基S出上,在XK5040数控铣床上进行了加工试验,获得了满意的廓形效果,这项成果对改进联接性能及提高联接件的质量有十分重要的意义。
A comprehensive analysis is made on the performance of three Jointing methods of key shaft, spline shaft and triangular shaft. The results show that the triangular shaft Joint is much better than that of the others. Then, an analysis is made on copy machining process with triangular shaft and a mathematical model is established. based on this mode, machining tests are carried out on XK5040 NC milling machine with satisfied contour. This achievement would improve theperformance of Joint and quality of Jointed conponents.
