摘要
针对目前高尔夫球场在全国迅猛发展的现象,以典型高尔夫休闲地——桂林——作为研究对象,发现高尔夫休闲内部运营模式趋同,而外部运营模式趋于多样化的特征;由此归纳出由组合型、会员型、独立型和公立型组成的高尔夫休闲外部运营模式架构;并进一步对比各类型与高尔夫休闲需求层次的关系,用简单频数分析方法对组合型和会员型两种模式的客源结构进行了具体讨论,结果显示外部运营模式多样化正适应了高尔夫休闲需求层次的多样化。
In view of violent development of domestic golf course,it is discovered that the interior operational patterns of the Leisure on Golf are similar, but its exterior operation pattern tends to be diverse. The four modes including the combinational mode, the member＇s mode, the independent mode and the public mode, are composed of the exterior operation pattern of the Leisure on Golf. Further contrasts are set between these modes and the Leisure demand on Golf based on the typical golf land- Guilin. The analysis on the combinational mode and the member＇s mode about the market demand is carried on with the simple Frequency Analysis Method. The result finds that the exterior operation patterns adapted to the various demand levels of the leisure on golf.
