冠状动脉痉挛患者外周血淋巴细胞β受体密度改变

β-adrenoceptor densities on circulating lymphocytes in patients with coronary artery spasm

摘要 目的测定冠状动脉痉挛患者外周血淋巴细胞β受体密度,探讨β受体与冠状动脉痉挛的关系。方法冠状动脉痉挛组21例,为具有胸痛表现,冠状动脉造影无显著狭窄并经乙酰胆碱试验确诊的患者;稳定型心绞痛组23例,为稳定型心绞痛患者;对照组18名,为体检健康者。用放射性配体结合法检测外周血淋巴细胞总β受体及其亚型(β1受体和β2受体)的密度。结果冠状动脉痉挛组和稳定型心绞痛组外周血淋巴细胞总β受体和β2受体密度较对照组低(P<0.05及P<0.01),排除血压及心功能状态影响后,冠状动脉痉挛组外周血淋巴细胞总β受体和β2受体的密度低于稳定型心绞痛组及对照组(P<0.05及P<0.01),三组β受体密度差异无统计学意义。结论冠状动脉痉挛患者外周血淋巴细胞β受体密度下调,β2受体密度改变可能与冠状动脉痉挛有关。 Objectives To explore the relationship between the β-adrenoceptors and coronary artery spasm. Methods Fifty-seven persons were divided into group CAS (n =21, patients with coronary artery spasm diagnosed by acetylcholine provoking test), group SAP (n=23, patients with stable angina pectoris) and control group (n=18, health volunteers). The densities of β1 and β2-adrenoceptor on circulating lymphosytes were measured by radioligand binding assays using [^3H] dihydroalprenolol. The β-adrenoceptors and it's subtypes were compared between those groups. Results The densities of β-adrenoceptors and β2-adrenoceptor were lower in the group CAS (P〈0.01, respectively) and in the group SAP (P〈0.05, respectively) than in the control group, and these densities in the group CAS (P〈0.05 respectively) were still lower than in the control group with multiple factor analysis of covariance. But there was no significant difference in the density of β1-adrenoceptor among those groups(P〉0.05). Conclusions The down-regulation of β2-adrenoceptor densities might be positively correlated to CAS.
