摘要
为得到有工程实用价值的横向刚度模型,利用正常生产中的过程操作数据分析了2500 mm中厚板轧机在不同轧件宽度下的弹跳特性。研究结果表明,在轧制不小于半个辊面宽度范围内的板带时,刚度的减小是非线性的,而且轧机辊面越宽,刚度相对于板宽的衰减越显著。
The operation data were used to analyze the spring characteristics of 2500 mm plate rolling mill for different workpiece width, and to obtain a practical stiffness model. The results show that when the width of rolling piece is larger than the half of roller barrel length, the decrease of the mill stiffness is non-linear,the more the workpiece width, the more attenuation of the mill stiffness is.
