摘要
研究了挤压ZA-27合金的组织与性能。压力下凝固,可大大减少ZA-27合金的缩松缺陷,提高合金致密度,细化和改善组织,减轻枝晶偏析,使塑性显著提高。抑制α和β相的分解,尤其是β相的过饱和是强度提高的主要原因;此外,α和β相的分解也影响着合金的塑韧性。
The structure and property of squeeze cast ZA 27 alloy were studied. The porosity defect was remarkablly reduced, the soundness increased, the structure refined and improved and the dendritic segregation reduced for ZA 27 alloy with solidification under pressure so that the ductility increased obviously. The α,β phases decomposition suppression, especially the supersaturated β phase, is the main reason for strength improvement. In addition, α,β phases decomposition also effects on ductility and toughness of this alloy.
