热置换自催化麦草乙醇法制浆蒸煮历程的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以麦草为研究对象,引入热置换洗涤工艺对自催化乙醇法制浆蒸煮历程进行研究,并在此基础上优化了洗涤工艺,对纤维分离点浆料性质进行了进一步研究。结果表明,热置换自催化麦草乙醇法制浆蒸煮保温40 min左右为纤维分离点,脱木素历程可分为两个阶段,从开始脱木素到保温40 min为大量脱木素阶段,保温40 min到60 min为残余木素脱除阶段;蒸煮保温时间应选择在60 min左右,继续延长保温时间,脱木素作用不强,而浆的得率明显降低。乙醇浆的高硬度和得率的矛盾与传统制浆方法相比显得更为突出。 In this paper, the RDH of cooking course of auto-catalytic ethanol pulping of wheat straw was investigated. The experiment results showed that the fiber separation point appears when cooking continues at the maximum temperature for 40min ; the delignification process can be divided into two phases, the bulk delignification phase and the residual delignification phase, the former phase starts from the beginning of delignification and continues to the point when retention time at maximum temperature lasts 40 min. The cooking retention time at the maximum temperature from 40 min to 60 min is the residual delignification phase. Therefore 60 min retention time at the maximum temperature is suggested. After that, the longer the cooking time, the lower the yield of the pulp, and also the lower the delignification efficiency. The contradiction between high Kappa number and the yield in ethanol pulping is more obvious than that of traditional pulping.
