以秸秆为基质的生态厕所残余物栽培油菜的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以玉米秸秆为基质对粪便进行反应的生态厕所,对粪便降解量可达80%之多,但仍有20%左右的残余物.利用其残余物对油菜进行了盆栽种植实验,实验共设置4个处理和1个对照组,12次重复,共60盆.5个处理中土壤都为2.5 kg,从处理1至处理5残余物添加量分别为200,100,50,25,0 g.实验结果表明:与处理前的土壤相比,处理1至处理5中土壤有效磷分别增加5.707,2.484,1.273,1.056和0.584倍;有效钾分别增加3.454,2.018,1.707,1.315和1.042倍;有机质分别增加2.885,1.803,1.598,1.274和0.994倍.8周后油菜生物量与对照组相比,从处理1至处理4分别增加了502.9%,294.20%,278.25%和160.86%.因此,残余物是良好的有机肥料,可资源化. Biotoilet using corn stram as a matrix can degrade feces as much as 80%.This paper used the remains from the biotoilet to grow cole in pots,four treatments with one contrast,12 duplicates,total 60 pots.2.5 kg soil was put in all pots.Five treatments were put remains 200 g,100 g,50 g,25 g and 0,respectively.The experimental results,from treatment 1 to treatment 5,compared with not treating soil,show:valid phosphorus is 5.707,2.484,1.273,1.056 and 0.58 times,respectively;valid potassium is 3.454,2.018,1.707,1.315 and 1.042 times,respectively;organic matter is 2.885,1.803,1.598,1.274 and 0.994 times,respectively.After 8 weeks,biomass of cole,comparing with contrast one,from treatment 1 to treatment 5,is 502.9%,294.20%,278.25% and 160.86%,respectively.So the remains is valid manure and can be as a resource.
