摘要
通过理论研究和数值计算、对非牛顿体弹流中存在无剪切流动层进行了初步探讨和研究,结果表明,无剪切流动层膜厚较薄,约比油膜总厚度小两个数量级,且分布较集中,在接触区内迅速增大,而接触区外又立即减小为零,计算表明,最大无剪切流动层膜厚随载荷和速度的增大而减小,但与椭圆率的关系较为复杂,呈抛物线关系,即当椭圆率取值为4~5时,最大无剪切流动层膜厚最大。
In this paper, the plug-flow in the grease elastohydrodynamic lubrication of point contact is studied through numerical calculation and theoretical analysis. The result shows that its thickness is very small, about 0.3-0.5%, of the film thickness plug-flow increases quickly in the contact region and decreases to zero fast out of plug-flow.The calculation also shows that, the maximum thickness of plug-flow reduces with the increase of load reduces with the increase of load and the speed, but its relation to the ellipticity parameter is complicated, it's a parabolic relation. It has a maximum value when the ellipticity parameter is between 4 - 5.
