近年来,虚拟财产的纠纷不断发生,因而加快立法保护虚拟财产的呼声日益高涨。加快立法保护虚拟财产是否适当?本文在分析国内外有关虚拟财产的司法实践及立法情况的基础上,认为我国现行的法律及法律解释足以解决虚拟财产引发的各种纠纷,暂时不宜单独立法保护虚拟财产。

With disputes over virtual property frequently arising in recent years, the voice for legislative protection of the virtual property is also on the upsurge. Is it appropriate to protect virtual properties of this kind by introducing new exclusive legislations？ On the basis of an analytical study of the judicial practice and legislation both at home and abroad, the article holds that the current law system can fully handle all the disputes over virtual property, and therefore it is not advisable to introduce exclusive legislations.
