Progress in Research of Hepatocyte Growth-promoting Factors(PHGF) and Clinical Application

目的:了解促肝细胞生长素(PHGF)的研究进展和临床应用现状。方法:总结和分析有关PHGF的生理学及临床上的应用文献和资料。结果:PHGF不仅可用于治疗重型肝炎,还可以治疗慢性肝病肝纤维化、防治化疗药物性肝损害等。结论:PHGF联合其他药物治疗重型肝炎疗效确切,不良反应少,可广泛应用于临床。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the progress in the research of hepatocyte growth - promoting factors （PHGF） andits clinical application. METHODS： Literature and document about the physiology and clinical application of PHGF were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS： The PHGF can be used to treat hepatitis of severe type as well as hepatic fibrosis in chronic liver disease and it can also be used to prevent and cure hepatic lesion induced by chemotherapeutics. CONCLUSION： Used concomitantly with other drugs, PHGF showed an approved efficacy but little side effect, thus it can be used widely in the clinic.
