口服丹参滴丸对98例COPD患者CRP及肺动脉高压的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解口服丹参滴丸对COPD(慢性阻塞性肺病)患者CRP(C反应蛋白)及肺动脉高压的影响。方法:对98例COPD病例随机分为A、B两组,A组病例口服大剂量丹参滴丸1.6g.d-1(20粒/次,3次/日),观察两组病例入院第9天CRP、PAPM(肺动脉压力)和肺功能(SaO2、PO2、PCO2、FEV1%)、心功能(CI、EF)各项指标的变化,及对两组达到临床治愈住院天数比较,经统计学方法处理,进行t检验及相关性分析。结果:A组57例,住院第9天CRP、PAPM明显下降,与B组比较P<0.01,差异有显著性;A组心功能、肺功能各项指标测定均好于B组,住院天数明显少于B组,P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论:大剂量口服丹参滴丸具有降低肺动脉血管炎症反应,减少肺小动脉血栓形成的作用,对降低肺动脉压力,缓解肺心病事件有很大益处。 OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Danshen Dropping Pill on C reactive proteins (CRP) and pulmonary hypertension in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). METHODS: A total of 98 COPD cases were randomly divided into group A and group B, and group A were assigned to receive large dose of Danshen Dropping Pill 1.6g · d^-1(20 pills/time, tid). The major outcome measures were CRP, pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP), pulmonary function (SaO2, PO2, PCO2 and FEV1 % ) and heart function (CI and EF) on 9th day of admission as well as the hospital days. The data were treated statistically and t - test and the correlation analysis were performed. RESULTS: In group A (n = 57 cases), CRP and PAP decreased significantly on day 9, a significant difference was noted as compared with group B ( P 〈 0.01 ), and indexes of heart function and pulmonary function in group A were had a better improvement and the hospital days were significantly less than in group B, showing significant differences as compared with group B (P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Administration of large dose of Danshen Dropping Pill can lower the inflammatory reaction of pulmonary artery, reduce incidence of pulmonary arterial thrombosis, greatly lower pulmonary artery pressure and results in a improvement of pneumocardial disease.
