粳型红米雄性不育恢复系红零的选育及其特性 被引量:8

摘要 利用携有红米色素且抗寒基因的中间材料天红、掺粳恢复基因R481和广亲和基因“02428”等不同类型材料为亲本复合杂交,经分步聚合逐层重组,多代跟踪测配,定向培育出具恢复力强(恢复度均在80%以上)、亲和性好、抗寒性强的粳型红米恢复系——红零。经与不同胞质类型的籼型不育系测配鉴定,表现出较强的以穗粒优势为主的亚种间杂种优势。 With the method of gradual accumulation and reunion for beneficial genes from different types of strains, “Tianhong”, “R481”,“1115” and “02418” through multiple cross, Hongling was selected The experiment reported that Hongling was a new germplasm resources with wide compatibility, high restoring ability as well as tolerence to cold and it showed stronger heterosis than CK in grain number per spike while it was crossed with a few useful male sterile lines The discussion was taken about the breeding technics for restorers in red rice and their practical value in inter subspecific heterosis
