摘要
利用携有红米色素且抗寒基因的中间材料天红、掺粳恢复基因R481和广亲和基因“02428”等不同类型材料为亲本复合杂交,经分步聚合逐层重组,多代跟踪测配,定向培育出具恢复力强(恢复度均在80%以上)、亲和性好、抗寒性强的粳型红米恢复系——红零。经与不同胞质类型的籼型不育系测配鉴定,表现出较强的以穗粒优势为主的亚种间杂种优势。
