摘要
以钛酸丁酯为原料,用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-gel)法制备了Yb2O3/TiO2纳米粒子。采用透射电子显微镜和X光衍射仪对粉体的粒径、物相和形貌进行了表征。研究了超声波/紫外光协同催化氧化水中邻硝基苯酚的降解效果,考察了邻硝基苯酚的起始浓度、超声波声强、反应温度和催化剂投加量对邻硝基苯酚降解速率的影响。研究结果表明,超声波/紫外光协同催化氧化要比单独超声波或光化学处理效果显著,证实了声光联合技术具有明显的协同效应。
Nanometer Yb2O3/TiO2 powder was obtained from tetrabutyl titanate by solgel method. The size, structure and appearance were analyzed by TEM and XRD. O--nitraphenol solution was treated by US(ultrasound)/ UV(ultraviolet) synergetic catalysis technology and the major influencing factors such as the sound intensity ,initial o--nitraphenol concentration,the amount of catalyst and medium temperature were examined in this paper. The result showed that US/UV synergetic technology was superior to each of ultrasound irradiation and photochemistry alone. The significant synergetic effect of US/UV was identified.
