研究了Fe-5Y、Fe-10Y合金及纯Fe在900℃下的热腐蚀行为。两种合金的热腐蚀产物膜类似,外层为Fe的氧化物,内层为Fe的最低价态氧化物、硫化物及Y的氧化物和硫化物构成的混合物,并发生了Y的内氧化、内硫化。Y的加入对Fe-Y合金的抗热腐蚀性能贡献不大,也未出现Y的选择性氧化或硫化。这主要是由于Y在Fe中极低的溶解度和氧的向内扩散加强造成的。
The hot corrosion of two iron--based alloys containing 5% and 10% yttrium as well as pure iron has been studied at 900℃ in the presence of Na2SO4 deposit. Both alloys formed an external scale of iron oxides, beneath which a zone containing a mixture of the two oxides and sulfides is also present. A region of internal oxidation of yt-trium was formed in the alloys. The presence of yttrium has not been shown to be beneficial, and a selective oxidation scale of yttrium has also not been found. This corrosion behavior of the alloys is discussed by taking into account the limited solubility of Y in Fe and the enhanced diffusivity of oxygen in Fe-Y alloys.
