混合稀土金属对9Cr2Mo钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 制备了稀土元素含量分别为0.1%和0%的9Cr2Mo冷轧辊钢,进行了金相夹杂物形貌分析,并进行抗拉强度和抗回火性能检测,在MM-200型环/块磨损机上进行了环/块磨损试验,根据磨损试样磨损表面形貌进行了磨损机理分析。讨论了稀土元素对9Cr2Mo钢奥氏体晶粒长大过程的影响。结果表明,9Cr2Mo冷轧辊钢中含有0.1%的稀土元素时,其抗拉强度和抗回火性能及耐磨性明显高于不加稀土元素;其组织中Mn的S、O化合物性能和形态发生改变,由质软的长条状转变为较硬的粒状;且显著细化奥氏体晶粒。 Steel 9Cr2Mo was prepared in this experiment,rare earth elements content of which is 0.1% and 0% respectively. The morphology of inclusion in the steel was observed under scanning electron microscope. Tensile test, resistance to tempering test and abrasion test were carried out. Wear mechanism was analyzed according to wear map. The results show that tensile strength, resistance to tempering and wear property of steel 9Cr2Mo with 0.1% RE is superior to that without RE, and fine austenite grain was obtained in steel 9Cr2Mo with 0.1% RE.
