摘要
利用沉淀法制备了纳米氧化铈,并用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜对其结构进行表征。考察了不同含量的纳米氧化铈对乳化重油燃烧效率及尾气排放量的影响。结果显示,纳米氧化铈能有效地降低有害废气的排放,当纳米氧化铈含量为0.2%时,SO2排放降低了24%,NOx排放降低了62%。
Nano-CeO2 was prepared by precipitation method. The crystallite size and surface structure of nano--CeO2 are examined by XRD and TEM. In our experiments,small amount of nano--CeO2 was mixed with emulsified heavy oil to investigate tile effect of CeO2 concentration on the combustion performance. It was showed that with the increase of nano--CeO2 content from 0% to 0.2%,SO2 decreased gradually at a maximum reduction rate of 24%, NOx decreased by 62%. However,the combustion efficiency kept unchanged ,compared with emulsified heavy oil.
