行政道德在廉政建设中起着"道德的强制性仪规"作用,其理论解释多样。因而特别需要在行政道德规范理论和行政道德内化理论的辩正关系上进行研究,以形成理性因素的基本经验用于我国惩防体系建设和反腐败法规制度建设,具有重要意义和启示。

Administrative moral plays an role of compulsory moral regulations in the building of incorrupt administration and the theory has many different explanations. It is necessary to study the relation between the theory of administration moral criterion and the theory of administration moral consciousnesss, in order to get some nous experience which can be used in the building of punishment and prevention system and anti-corruption system.
