摘要
目的:测试火麻仁蛋白毒理学安全性,为火麻仁研究和开发提供一定的实验依据。方法:小鼠经口急性毒性试验、Salmonella基因回复突变试验、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、90天喂养实验。结果:经口急性毒性试验表明,LD50>10 g/kg;Am es试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核和小鼠精子畸形试验试验结果阴性;90天喂养实验中体重增加和食物利用率、血液学指标值无异常,生化指标值在正常值范围内,未见大鼠器官组织病理学改变。结论:在本研究中,未见受试物具有毒性作用。
Objective:To study toxicological safety of hempseed proteins and provide assessment data for research and development of hempseed. Methods:Mouse acute toxicity test, Ames test, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test, mouse sperm abnor-mality test and 90-day feeding test were used. Results:LDso in mouse acute toxicity test was higher than 10 g/kg. The negative results were showed in Salmonella mutagenicity test, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test. No significant differences were found in body weight, food efficiency and blood endpoint values between testing groups and control group. Furthermore, the values of serum biochemical endpoints separately fell into the ranges of their normal specific concentrations. An absence of histological changes in rat organs was observed. Conclusion: No toxic effects of hempseed proteins are observed in this study.
